Whilst putting an AI policy in place may seem trivial, it’s actually really important to develop and implement AI policies within your business. These policies outline what AI can and cannot do, ensuring ethical and responsible use of the technology. Businesses need to establish guidelines that govern the collection, storage, and usage of data, assuring customers that their privacy and security are protected. When training your staff how to use AI, make sure you go over your own AI policies too so they understand what is and isn’t OK usage in-house.
