The events, which will be open to all and hosted at the firm’s Leamington-based office, will feature experts from the business as well as a variety of external speakers who will provide legal updates, delve into recent cases and facilitate topical discussions and question and answer sessions.

The schedule will begin with Wright Hassall’s Employment Conference which is set to be held on Thursday, September 26.

The event is aimed at anyone in a HR role and will provide a general update on employment law and explore some of the potential future changes post-election.

The firm’s annual Construction Conference will then be held on Thursday, October 24 and will be of interest to those implementing construction contracts.

This year’s event will welcome guest speakers including Sophie Horgan, of Horgan Homes; Simon Jones, of Corstorphine and Wright; Tim Jackson, of Pulse Consult Quantity Surveyors; and Dr Beck Collins, of Sustainability West Midlands.

Following this, Wright Hassall’s Commercial Litigation Conference will be held on Wednesday, November 20 and will provide a range of ideas to enable delegates to manage contentious situations and to avoid litigation.

It will look at a range of recent cases around topics including contractual disputes, unfair prejudice, AI and deepfakes and ethical dilemmas, and will be of interest to in-house lawyers, general counsel, commercial and financial directors, as well as any intermediaries.

Wright Hassall will also see the return of its popular Agriculture Conference on Tuesday, December 3 where the firm’s agriculture experts will cover a range of topics which will be of interest to farmers, landowners and relevant intermediaries.

The event will also welcome speakers from specialist agriculture lender Oxbury Bank, and Rebecca Mushing, Wright Hassall’s Head of Planning, will be talking about Biodiversity Net Gain.

On Thursday, January 23, the firm will hold its annual Real Estate Conference which will give the latest market insights and updates.

The event will provide valuable insights which will be of interest to anyone that owns, leases or manages commercial property.

Sarah Jordan, of Wright Hassall, said: “We are very pleased to announce our Autumn programme of events.
