Founded by Gaye Morris-Osborne, the company has expanded its offering to meet the growing needs of clients whilst staying true to the core mission of putting people at the heart of organisations.
“What a journey it has been and we are so proud to have been doing what we do for over 20 years” said Gaye Morris-Osborne. “We have had some great partnerships, team members and associates working alongside us over the past 20 years and we want to say a big thank you to all our clients and those individuals that have supported us. We are so privileged to do the work we do and play a part in the development of those we work with and we look forward to the next 20 years as the business goes from strength to strength”.
Looking to the future, Next Steps have recently refined their offer based on the current needs of organisations and the challenges that they are facing, which includes; an expanded wellbeing offer which covers equality, diversity and inclusion, a new HR programme of support for SME’s, an expansion of coaching programmes including group coaching and return to work coaching and updated outplacement packages which recognises the challenging job market currently and the introduction of technology and AI within the recruitment market.
