There will be two movie screenings shown on each date during the 5 nights, one at 6:30pm and one at 9:30pm. The films will include Saw, Friday 13th, Hocus Pocus, Scream, Rocky Horror, Beetle Juice, The Addams Family, Nightmare on Elm Street, Ghostbusters, and Final Destination.
There will also be live music as well as the Bewitching Bar selling alcoholic drinks and street food selling fish and chips and other snacks including toasted marshmallows. Although children are admitted, this event is primarily aimed at adults, and it is not recommended to bring young children along to this event. Those of a nervous disposition are advised to take the alternative route to the Pumpkin field bypassing the creepy cabins.
Johnnie Arkwright, owner of Hatton Country World, said “We’re delighted to host this brand new and alternative ‘Autumn Night Out’ where you can pick and buy pumpkins by moonlight, watch a classic horror movie, listen to live music, and enjoy a drink and street food with friends. This is Halloween on a whole different level, whatever you have planned this spooky season, this should be top of your list”!
There will be plenty of opportunities around Pumpkin Hollow to take selfies and capture unforgettable memories and frightful moments.
Tickets are available online priced at just £5 each or £6 on the gate. Once the pumpkins have been picked, the till team will use size rings to determine the price which will range from 50p to £10. Tickets for the Drive-in Cinema are £29.95 per car with no access to Pumpkin Hollow or £39.95 per car which includes 4 passes to Pumpkin Hollow. Wellington boots are highly recommended, along with waterproofs and warm clothing.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead and are not allowed on the Creepy Cabin walk through but must use the alternative path to the Pumpkin Field.
