The UK Construction Awards of Excellence 2023, which are powered by the National Federation of Builders, are the UK’s only truly independent awards and recognise the gold standard of practice in the construction sector.

Deeley Group has been named on the three-company shortlist for ‘England and Wales building contractor of the year – turnover over £30 million’.

The group posted a turnover of £46.4 million for the year to 30 April 2022, which is a rise of more than £10 million from the previous year.

It has also been shortlisted for ‘The Roger Humber, UK large house builder of the year – over 51 units per year’. 

The award recognises the house builder which has been outstanding in project delivery, build quality, customer service, health & safety and environmental standard – while also demonstrating good use of technology, specialist skills and innovative thinking.

The awards will take place at the Tower Hotel in London on Thursday, April 20, 2023.

It follows recognition for the business from the National Federation of Builders in 2022, when joint managing director Eleanor Deeley was named as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction.
