The deals have been completed in the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Leicestershire, demonstrating the firm’s ability, expertise and reach across the Midlands.
A land-deal completed in Warwickshire could see the construction of up to nine custom build homes near Bishop's Tachbrook.
Deeley Group worked directly with the landowner to secure a deal which will also see seven acres of land retained for public open space and biodiversity improvements.
The firm is now moving to submit a planning application in the next six months for the single-storey, custom-build homes proposed.
Work is now underway on both care homes sites which are the fifth and sixth developments to be delivered by Deeley Group in partnership with Exemplar Health Care.
The first of the two care home developments is a 38-bedroom care home for adults with complex needs in Radford, Coventry.
Deeley Group worked in partnership with the landowners to bring forward the redevelopment of the former St Nicholas Church following its closure.
The company worked with the landowners to deliver best value and fulfil their ambitions to replace the church with a building that would bring significant value to the community.
A deal to acquire the site has been completed with the Diocese of Coventry and Deeley Group has negotiated the onward sale to Exemplar Health Care, while also agreeing a construction contract to deliver the care home, which will provide nursing care for adults living with complex needs.
Deeley Group completed a second land deal in Coalville to acquire the former Coalville Van Centre and associated buildings located off Ashby Road.
The firm agreed a deal with Exemplar Health Care to deliver a new 36-bedroom care home adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.
Through the strength of its partnership with Exemplar Health Care, and the agility of its team, Deeley Group is now on site for both schemes, with both expected to complete in 2026.
