Coffee lovers can visit on John Kempe Way, just to the south of the city centre, and the drive-thru has already generated a number of new jobs for the area.
LondonMetric Property appointed Deeley Construction to complete the 1,840 sq ft BREEAM Excellent project, which is one of the highest levels of the leading sustainability accreditation.

The development is the third Starbucks that Deeley Construction has built in the last six years, including the Birmingham Maypole branch and at Cross Point Retail Park in Coventry.
Deeley Construction has a track record of delivering high quality roadside and retail park developments, including building the Sofology store which is next door to the new Starbucks in 2021.
The Starbucks drive-thru on John Kempe Way continues a long-term partnership between LondonMetric and Deeley Construction which has flourished for more than 10 years.
Sharman Projects have been project and cost managers for the development.
Martin Gallagher, Managing Director of Deeley Construction, added: “This is a development which has been born out of strong partnership working and it has been fantastic to work alongside LondonMetric and Sharman Projects again on this project.
“The new Starbucks restaurant is in a prime location and is already being used by those living in and passing through the area, while also creating jobs for local people.
“We are proud to also have delivered this development to a high sustainability standard as we continue to work towards the challenging target of achieving Net Zero Carbon by 2036.”
