Coventry University’s Employability Team are actively connecting with employers in the Midlands, and we would love to chat to your business, to understand how we can help.

We have a range of activities taking place from January onwards including:

  • Open access to recruitment process support and live vacancy promotion
  • Free vacancy portal advertising to CU students and graduates, and active support from our team to target students in course / skills areas of interest.
  • Free CV sifting or fast-track interviews (on campus) services, that help attraction and conversion rates, for your internships or graduate roles.
  • Free Careers fairs and/or employability events including our Spring Business and Law Careers Fair 
Consultancy project support

Hosting our students to conduct research and analysis as part of a project or business issue you need to solve. Masters students next available to start project work as part of their final term, in May 2024.

Accessing sought after world of work skills from our students and graduates

Opportunities to host students in insight weeks to get a taste of your business and exposure to your roles

Our new World of Work Insight Week with Coventry’s Business School enables you to host some of our skilled 1st year business school students in a virtual insight week and connect them, with the core of your business or to recent graduates. Our students are studying entrepreneurship, so this is also an opportunity to gain their feedback and insights whilst also showcasing, your future career pathways and offering them valuable work shadowing.
