Hundreds of jobs to be showcased at Coventry event

Hundreds of job opportunities will be showcased as a major job fair returns to Coventry.

More than 1,000 job seekers are expected to attend the Coventry Jobs Fair at Coventry Building Society Arena on Wednesday 23 October.

The event will take place from 10am to 1pm and is set to attract a wide range of national, regional and local employers recruiting for jobs in Coventry, Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands.

Coventry Jobs Fair is held at the leading conference and exhibition centre three times per year, with dates already scheduled for March, June and October 2025.

It is expected to attract more than 30 employers from a wide range of industries, recruiting for positions from entry-level to mid-level management, and also showcasing a range of flexible part-time opportunities.

There will also be a range of apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities available.

Employers already confirmed to be exhibiting include Amazon, Coventry Building Society, G4S and West Midlands Police.

The Bridge, which organises the Coventry Jobs Fair, has worked with 9,000 employers since its launch in 20210 and now holds 150 events across the country in 65 locations.

Sean Hepinstall, Head of Operations at The Bridge, said: “We’re now into our fourth year of hosting events at Coventry Building Society Arena and they continue to go from strength to strength.

“We’re making sure that the event is reacting to the needs to the regional job market and making it as easy as possible for jobseekers to engage with the job market.

“It’s a great opportunity for employers to reach new staff and for jobseekers to discover new opportunities, with the chance to meet potential employers face to face and ask as many questions as they like.

“We host events in Coventry three times a year and we have certainly seen a higher volume of candidates looking for work and turning up organically over the last couple of years.

“Coventry Building Society Arena is a great venue for us. It’s well known, easy to reach, has great parking and gives us the space to grow as an event too. We’re looking forward to helping hundreds of people find their next role at the event in October.”
