On day two each guest will be invited on a yoga practice, combining both body and mind with enchanting meditation work with horses. The rest of the day is spent on an exciting tour of Lisbon, where you will get a taste of the freshly baked Pastel de Belem, the traditional Portuguese pastries that are so named only if they come out of Clarinha family’s ovens.
On the third day you will take part in a yoga and a crystal healing session to align your mind, body and soul. The rest of the day is free, time to relax in the spa, take a dip in the Quinta's lovely pool or get acquainted with nature by taking a walk around the beautiful surroundings.
