The Bromwich Hardy duo quickly lined up deals for new tenants to take over the kitchens at Tithe Lodge in Southam, Warwickshire, Briar Croft in Stratford upon Avon, Caesar Court in Deal, Kent, Queensway Court in Leamington Spa and St Bede’s in Bedford.
All five kitchens are at independent living schemes run by Orbit and are open to the public as well as to residents.
Caine said the deals – which were wrapped up when a deal for Tithe Lodge completed this week - represented an excellent result for Orbit and first-class opportunities for each of the new tenants.
“Each of these kitchens is sizeable, has an extensive dining area and separate café, serving both the retirement village and the wider community, and offers a fantastic chance for tenants to grow a really thriving business.
“Opportunities such as these do not come along very often and we have been able to use our national contacts to secure excellent deals for our client. We are delighted to have let all five sites so quickly.”
Robert Field, from Orbit, said: “It has been a pleasure to work with Bromwich Hardy on these deals. They have worked tirelessly to find tenants for the five sites and we are delighted with the results. We look forward to a highly successful future at all five sites.”
Bromwich Hardy is one of the country’s largest independent commercial property agencies, regularly featuring in independent lists of the most active firms in the industry.
It was named earlier this year as the most active agent for Warwickshire for the ninth year running as part of the 2022 Annual EG Radius awards and won four awards from industry data experts CoStar for its work in Coventry and Warwickshire.
