The 12-week government-funded management course is tailored for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the UK.

Participants undergo comprehensive leadership training through a combination of online and in-person sessions, covering growth strategies, innovation, high-performance team leadership, digital adoption, financial management, and responsible business practices. The course includes personalised 10 hours of 1-to-1 mentoring with a business mentor and peer-to-peer learning.

In a nutshell participants will:

Develop their leadership skills at modules delivered by world-class academics and experienced business leaders
Build a clear action plan for the future of their business
Share experiences with other business owners and build their SME networks
Receive one-to-one support from an experienced business mentor

To join the course, you should meet the following criteria:

Employ between 5 - 249 people, if you have 10 employees or more then 2 senior managers can join the course.
Be a member of the senior leadership team and have at least 1 person reporting to them.
The business should be operating for over 12 months.
Not be a charity unless you have a commercial arm.
