Directed by award-winning director Kevin Shaw, the production follows last year’s incredibly popular rendition of Puss in Boots. The show is packed with dazzling costumes, vibrant sets, and all the traditional pantomime tropes, including hilarious routines and catchy songs.
The story follows Princess Rose, cursed by the wicked fairy Carabosse to prick her finger on a spinning wheel on her 16th birthday and fall into an eternal slumber. The magical fairies and a valiant prince must work together to break the spell and save the kingdom.
With laugh-out-loud moments, original music, and plenty of opportunities to cheer for the heroes and boo the villain, the Sleeping Beauty Community Panto features daily performances at 7pm, and 2pm matinee shows on Saturdays and Sundays.
Tickets are priced at £20 for adults or £18 for children and concessions, with family discounts available.
The cast includes Ian Finnie as King Cuthbert, Jess Hughes as Queen Hermione, Maddie Davis as Princess Rose, April O'Brien as Prince Valiant, Sheryl Inman as the wicked fairy Carabosse, Hayley Izzard as Fairy Rainbow, Erin Mannion as Minnie the Milkmaid, Cabe Jackson as Lazy Larry, and Chris Arnold as Nurse Nora.
