The new restaurant is situated in the popular eatery area in Leamington, Augusta Place and is open 7 days a week for breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Hart + Co has been established with the ethos to embrace all things family with it’s home from home décor, a menu specifically designed to share with your family and friends and a cocktails list inspired by family members past and present. Everything in Hart + Co draws the family together and creates an environment for friends and relations to meet up and eat and drink together.
The founder of Hart + Co, Louise Hart also happens to be the curator of the menu as well as designer of the unique layout of the restaurant which includes a bright yellow bath (yes you heard correctly, there is a yellow free standing bath for you to relax in as you wait for your table). Louise is from Leamington and has always dreamt of opening her own restaurant with the family at the core of the operation.
Louise is the youngest restaurateur in Leamington Spa and probably in the whole of Warwickshire. This entrepreneurial millennial, saw a gap in the market for this type of restaurant and decided to create her dream in her hometown of Leamington.
Louise loves the nostalgia of eating with friends and family, catching up and sharing food. Hart + Co provides you with all your home comforts but in a restaurant, which is win –win, as no one has to cook!
“I always eat with my family, whether it is a Sunday roast, a sharing platter or even just quick drinks and nibbles and a good old catch up. My family is the heart of what I do and I wanted to create a restaurant that puts the family at the very centre.”
Said Louise, who has taken inspiration from her family to create dishes in the menu, which include, ‘Nannies homemade doughnuts’, freshly prepared doughnuts including a novelty syringe where you get to inject your own filling of your choice.
Hart + Co’s Sunday menu offers a selection of roast dinners that are so authentically British, all you have to do is decide among yourselves what joint you want and who is going to carve; with no one drawing the short straw to tackle the washing up!
Louise says “ It is a unique concept that hasn’t been done before, I have drawn inspiration from my family to create each dish and the cocktails have been especially designed around my family members and memories of what we have done together. Hart + Co is a Restaurant and bar for all occasions, breakfast meetings, weekend family lunches and pre-dinner cocktails and nibbles.
If you are looking for a relaxed and welcoming setting to eat with your family and friends then Hart + Co is the Place to go. You will always be met with a warm welcome as the staff make sure you feel at home, they will even check Grandpa is OK, if he decides to take a nap after his meal, after all it is home from home.

Hart + Co are a new restaurant owned and created by Louise Hart, aged 24, the youngest restaurateur in Leamington Spa . They are situated at 27 Augusta Place, Leamington Spa, CV32 5EL. The restaurant opened the first week in September and is open for breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days a week .
