Lorna qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and is a full professional member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) specialising in the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, Grant of Probate applications and the Administration of Estates, the Creation and Administration of Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and advising upon issues affecting the elderly including the Protection of Family Assets.
Lorna also has extensive experience advising individuals who have received a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or Dementia and their families upon legal issues arising from their condition including Protecting Assets, Power of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Deputy.
