To obtain this accreditation, we went through a thorough preparation and assessment process. This included a two-day site visit and inspection by an externally appointed ISO 20252 assessor. Our assessor spent time with team members reviewing our processes and procedures, and deep diving into selected fieldwork projects. In the final report, zero major or minor discrepancies were recorded, which is a particularly outstanding achievement for all those involved.
For existing and prospective clients, ISO 20252 means that they now have the assurance that Protel Fieldwork will manage each stage of the research process, according to the requirements of this Quality Standard. The ISO covers all steps; from the recruitment and training of our staff and interviewers, to the validation and monitoring process of data collection, right through to the secure transfer and delivery of final data.
Protel’s Commercial Director, Tina Lunn, is the assigned Quality Manager and responsible for the Research Process Management System. She stated:
“Protel has always been highly regarded for its commitment and focus on top quality fieldwork. Through the continuous efforts of the team, it is fantastic to now have this officially recognised with the ISO 20252 accreditation. We look forward to sharing that news with our clients, who value high quality market research data as much as we do.”
