A Coventry and Warwickshire-based law firm has bolstered its commercial property offering with the appointment of a new lawyer.
Mander Hadley Solicitors has appointed Emma Wood as a Commercial Property Executive, based at the firm’s offices in Coventry city centre.
Emma has expertise in commercial property transactions, including the sale and purchase of businesses and commercial property, commercial leases and property refinancing. She is also experienced in dealing with acquisitions by companies of residential buy-to-let properties.
Emma has worked in legal practice since 2007, first acting in public law children matters, before changing practice areas in 2012 to focus on property law.
Prior to joining Mander Hadley Solicitors, she worked in-house for a leading high street retailer as well as form other firms across the West Midlands.
Emma qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2018 and is currently undertaking her Graduate Diploma in Law to become a Solicitor.

Emma’s appointment follows the transfer of Matthew Riding into the department after he qualified as a solicitor in summer 2018.
