This is a unique role within a specialised area of the Loveitts' business. We are looking for a new key member of the team to assist with the day-to-day running of the department and to participate and contribute to the growth of the department through ONLINE and LIVE auctions.
This is essentially a sales and customer care role and would suit an individual who has a flair and passion for selling property; speaking to and guiding clients. The ideal candidate is someone who has an enthusiasm to learn and develop their existing skills and knowledge. Full and thorough training will be given to the successful candidate.

Primary Responsibilities.
This role is responsible for the following duties:
- General sales duties including phone calls
- Dealing with pre-Auction offers
- Dealing with Auction enquiries
- Negotiating post-auction sales
- Rightmove enquiries (twice daily)
- Booking viewings
- Ad-hoc viewings
- Facebook campaigns
- Mailchimp campaigns
Knowledge - no experience necessary although a property sales background would be an advantage.
Skills
- Sales experience would be advantageous, particularly in the property market
- Must have a full driving licence and own a car
- Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care
- Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system
- Pro-active and business-minded
- Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Strong organisational skills - able to prioritise own time and workload
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate that they can work on their own initiative without day-to-day supervision and will need organisational and diary skills to be able to repeat defined activities on a regular basis to communicate with clients and customers.
