The Month of Ramadan:
- Detailed guidance is provided on how employers can support employees who observe fasting during Ramadan.
- Employers will learn who is required to fast and who may be exempt (e.g., due to age, health, or other considerations).
- Recommendations are made for fostering an inclusive environment, such as adjusting work hours, providing quiet spaces, or offering flexibility to employees during this holy month.
The Festival of Eid:
The course highlights the significance of Eid celebrations, including Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, and emphasizes the importance of allowing employees time off to observe these festivals.
