Pitch Perfect: Develop your 60-Second Elevator
Online event, delivered as part of the Business Ready Programme, by University of Warwick Science Park, on behalf of Warwickshire County Council

Are you stuck for words when networking? Get choked when asked ‘what do you do'? Feel you missed an opportunity after your 60 seconds?
We’ll use Simon Sinek’s ‘What, How, Why’ to work through:
- A context your listener will understand
- An expression of how you do what you differently, and…
- An emotive reason why do it that way, or/and why your listener should engage.
- You’ll leave the workshop with a methodology to develop your own elevator pitch and a draft to work on.
Our workshops are FREE to attend and are delivered as part of the Business Ready programme to support tech-based and knowledge intensive businesses based in Warwickshire.
Business Ready is delivered by University of Warwick Science Park on behalf of Warwickshire County Council. It is part of the Warwickshire Business Growth Service and funded by Warwickshire County Council and UK Government.

Gin Making Experience - East Chase Distillery
East Chase Distillery, Chase Lane, Kenilworth, CV8 1PR

Join us at our distillery as we guide you through the art of gin craftsmanship, allowing you to create your very own bottle of gin.
Over the 3-hour gin-making experience you will receive expert guidance on recipe development from a range of over 350 botanicals; detailed instruction on the practical aspects of gin distillation using one of our 1.5L 'mini-stills', the end result being your very own gin - bottled up and ready to take home to enjoy.
During the experience you will also be able to sample our own gin and Vodka, while you graze on a freshly prepared deli board.
Bookings are available as a couple for £175 or on your own for £125. Each booking is for the use of 1 mini-still, which will create one bottle of gin.
