The role:
As a Sales Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts as well as prospecting for new customers and opportunities.
Making connections with existing and new buyers will be crucial and rewarding!
UK and Overseas Travel is a relatively big part of this job but is well within your control.
Salary is competitive and will include a company car and phone.
Whilst the job is office based (Rugby), we are open to some hybrid working once the successful candidate has been fully trained.
A working week is 37.5 hours, and the working hours would typically be 08:30 till 17:15 Monday to Thursday with Friday being 08:30 till 13:00….but we are flexible!

Our customers include the likes of Volvo, DAF, Leyland as well as aircraft and military customers.
We manufacture / assemble mechanical cables, electronic throttle controls, mechanical and electronic gear shift controllers, engine and transmission dipsticks.
We are USA owned and have facilities in the USA, India, and China.
We are a small team here at Orscheln Europe (18 people) with friendly staff with a mix of age ranges and experience.”
