As well as offering rural advice and professional services, SBK Group manage commercial and residential property portfolios, residential sales and lettings, valuations, general practice work, planning and architecture, development, strategic land promotion, client accounting, block management and compulsory purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Branch Manager in the achievement of sales targets for the business.
- Effective handling of enquiries and conversion into viewings or market appraisals.
- Provide administration support such as: sales property folders, document checklists, window cards, for sale boards, brochures, anti-money laundering compliance and key movements.
- Carry out compliance checks including Anti-Money Laundering for all clients.
- Daily checking of reviews, tasks and other actions due.
- Create a live for sale listing.
- This job may include valuations, subject to valuation training/experience provided.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Sales Negotiator or similar role.

- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills.
