Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining property listings, ensuring all details are up to date and accurate.
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants across several towns.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to arrange appointments, inspections, and property maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of tenancy agreements, contracts, and other documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries via phone, email, and in person.
- Support with marketing rental properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media.
- Help with tenant referencing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with the maintenance of properties ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Keep up to date with market trends, legislation affecting the lettings industry, and short-term letting regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records and managing databases.
Key Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as regular travel is a main part of the job role.
- Previous experience in the lettings or property industry is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach to work.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations within the lettings industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude to work.
