Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with event organisation, attending exhibitions and business shows
- Monthly reporting to the Business Development Director
- Assistance with the update of the company website
- Writing copy and co-ordination of social media posts
- Relationship building with key stakeholders
- Identifying new business/cross selling opportunities
- Ordering and keeping stock of business stationary
- Updating and maintaining promotional databases
- Undertaking research for potential leads/contacts as and when required
- Organising company photo’s
- Supplying artwork to publications for local press advertising
- Replying promptly to client reviews
- Customer Liaison
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proven organisational and administrative skills
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide commentary and recommendations
- Ability to be a team player, with a flexible attitude to work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- A good understanding of a range of social media, particularly Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
- A practical and commercial approach
- Driving licence and access to car essential
- Experience of Canva would be desirable
- Experience using social media scheduling tools would also be desirable
