Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with all stakeholders regarding claims
- Review and Improve warranty processes
- Create, monitor and manage internal reporting
- Assist with the forecast of warranty budget and forecasts
- Process replacement orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Analyse data relating to customer claims
- Support Finance with debit and credit note resolution
- Monitor dispatch of delivery notes and manage stock issues
- Claims Month end

- Computer Literate (MS Office, ERP systems)
