Role Overview:
As a Van Driver at Eskuta, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of our products. This role goes beyond standard delivery; it includes engaging with customers and providing training on the eBike upon arrival, as well as capturing high-quality photos of the delivery and setup process.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values customer service, and can create a memorable delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- White Glove Delivery Service: Ensure the delivery of eBikes is conducted with care and professionalism, offering a premium customer experience.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to create a positive and personable delivery experience, making them feel valued and special.
- Training & Support: Provide basic training on the eBike to customers, including operational guidance and safety instructions.
- Photography: Take clear, high-quality photos during the delivery and setup process for records and marketing purposes.
- Logistics Management: Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximise time management and delivery satisfaction.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and compliant with safety standards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery paperwork and manage customer records to ensure seamless tracking and order fulfilment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of driving experience, ideally in a delivery or customer-facing role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to represent Eskuta’s values through exceptional interactions.
- Photography skills or willingness to learn basic photography techniques for documentation and social media purposes.
- Proficiency in basic IT (smartphone and tablet usage for delivery tracking and photo capturing).
- Requirements:
- Valid UK driver’s license with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and flexibility to accommodate delivery schedules with occasional overnight stays.
- Personal Traits: Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and attentive to detail.
