Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Management: As our Social Media Executive, you will develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and generate leads.
- Paid Advertising Campaigns: Take charge of managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.), ensuring we maximize traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Website Development & E-Commerce Management: Oversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of our website, particularly on Shopify, ensuring a seamless user experience, compelling content, and an efficient online shopping experience for customers.
- Collaboration Across Marketing Channels: Work closely with our marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business objectives, creating targeted content and campaigns that drive results.
- Event Planning & Promotion: Assist in planning and promoting online and offline events, such as product launches, trade shows, and pop-up events, to build brand exposure and engage potential customers.
- Content Creation & Graphic Design: As Social Media Executive, you’ll create eye-catching content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials. You’ll use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to design visuals that support campaigns and enhance our social presence.
- Proactive Social Media Strategy: You’ll develop and execute a proactive social media plan, aligning with Eskuta’s business objectives and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of content and campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of social media and paid advertising campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and generate actionable insights to continuously improve our online presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar digital marketing role, with a strong understanding of paid advertising and campaign management.
- Expertise in social media platforms and marketing channels, including paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads) and Shopify e-commerce.
- Experience with website development and management, particularly on Shopify, with a solid understanding of SEO and user experience.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Ability to take a proactive and strategic approach to social media management, aligning efforts with Eskuta’s overall business objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand message is consistent across all channels.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly solutions, with a genuine interest in the eBike industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
