Key Responsibilities:
As Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the initial enquiry through to after-sales support. Key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Journey Management: Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial contact to the final delivery and post-purchase support, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
- Order Fulfilment & Delivery: Manage and coordinate the efficient scheduling and execution of delivery runs, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Production Sheets & Stock Forecasting: Submit production sheets and provide accurate stock forecasting to ensure we meet demand and avoid stock shortages.
- Retailer & Dealer Account Management: Oversee retailer accounts, dealer orders, and the fulfilment process, ensuring all orders are managed and tracked efficiently.
- Order Processing & Management: Ensure proper records are kept and maintain accurate trackers and management information.
- Invoicing & Revenue Collection: Maintain a strong focus on revenue collection, ensuring invoices are generated and paid on time, following up on overdue payments and resolving any issues that arise.
- Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining Eskuta’s reputation for excellent customer service.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on customer service performance, order fulfilment, stock levels, invoicing status, and revenue collection, to help the business make informed decisions.
