Role Overview:
As a Bike Engineer at Eskuta, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our innovative products to life. This position involves assembling, maintaining, and servicing our Bikes to the highest standard. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of like-minded professionals at Eskuta, ensuring that every project you work on meets the exceptional quality standards we are known for. From production to servicing and problem-solving, your contributions will directly influence customer satisfaction and Eskuta’s mission to deliver sustainable transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly & Production: Build and fine-tune Eskuta eBikes to exacting standards, ensuring each product performs flawlessly.
- Maintenance & Servicing: Diagnose and repair issues, conduct regular maintenance, and provide technical support to ensure the longevity of Eskuta products.
- Quality Assurance: Carry out thorough checks to maintain consistency and excellence in every unit produced or serviced by Eskuta.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a passionate team at Eskuta to streamline processes and solve engineering challenges creatively and efficiently.
- Sector Support: Adapt solutions to meet the diverse needs of the industries Eskuta serves, including Last Mile Food Delivery, Transport Management, and the Care sector.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of Eskuta’s engineering processes, embracing new technologies and techniques in the eBike sector.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in an engineering, mechanical, or technical assembly role. Previous experience in the eBike or automotive sector is highly advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented production environment.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure consistent product quality.
- Personal Traits: Enthusiastic, adaptable, and self-motivated with a genuine interest in Eskuta’s mission of sustainable transportation solutions.
- Requirements:
- Basic IT skills to track work processes and documentation.
