Salary: £41k per annum
Your job specification:
- Maintaining machinery in an orderly condition to a TPM schedule
- Repair first line to fix to enable production to continue
- Ability to write and fault find PLC programs, siemens S7, TIA and to modify supplied PLC programs to the best effect for the Plant.
- To continuously improve control systems for cycle time and reliability.
- To share knowledge, train and develop other support functions i.e. Maintenance Engineers.
- To setting standards for programming logic on PLC and Robotic systems.
- Maintain latest files on back up systems.
- Work with nominated suppliers in detail to achieve an efficient maintainable process
Your profile:
- HNC or Equivalent with Electronics/ Electrical or Engineering background
- 3-5 work experience in similar role
- Understanding of Production requirements, Siemens S7 and TIA PLC programs
- To communicate effectively at all levels
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Able to travel through Brose group as required
