Peer Networks
About Peer Networks
Peer Networks is a national peer-to-peer networking programme, funded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) aimed at supporting SME businesses to grow and develop.
Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce is delivering a Peer Networks programme specifically designed to support business & industry leaders.
Our two cohorts for 2021/22 Cohorts will commence in September 2021 and are aimed at a mix of business sectors.
We are proud to be supporting the Peer Networks programme by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, in partnership with CWLEP Growth Hub.
The aim is to encourage participants to collaborate, work through common business issues and strengthen business performance. Whilst also supporting our leaders to develop skills, resilience, implement practical solutions and develop a trusted support network of peers.

The Programme is aimed at business & industry leaders, who work in a mix of sectors across Coventry & Warwickshire.
Leaders across these sectors will join a group of like minded individuals accessing a variety of interactive online sessions, facilitated by Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber Training.
The Peer Networks Programme will be delivered across nine two hour sessions, all delivered online; it will be highly interactive.
The programme is based on action learning; led by participants themselves, individuals will be able to explore a challenge, solve a problem or discuss ways to capitalise on an opportunity. In a safe and trusted environment participants will be able to share ideas with peers as well as receive practical advice from a trained facilitator, thereby improving communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving techniques.
